RH-3000 Crush Tester

Introduction:

RH-3000 Crush Tester is a new instrument that is developed by our company according to the new international standard. RH-3000 Crush Tester is high efficiency and easy to use.

RH-3000 Crush Tester applied for the following test items: The Cardboard Ring Crush Strength test (RCT), The Corrugated Board Edge Crush Strength test (ECT), The Corrugated Board Adhesive Strength test (PAT), The Corrugated Paper Flat Crush Strength test (FCT), corrugated paper flat compression strength test (CMT) and crushing strength test (CCT), and other products compression strength test. RH-3000 Crush Tester is using high-precision sensors, high-speed chip design, to ensure sampling accuracy.

It applies to the test strength of: RCT、CMT、CCT、ECT、FCT、and PAT.

Function:

The instrument is equipped with the corresponding devices that can carry out the following tests:

1. Equipped with the RCT Accessories and RCT Sample Cutter, it can carry out the ring crush strength testing of paper and board (RCT);

2. Equipped with edge crush (adhesion) sample cutter and the auxiliary guide block, it can carry out the edge compression strength test of the corrugated cardboard (ECT);

3. Equipped with a peel strength test stand, it can carry out peel (adhesion) strength test of the corrugated board (PAT);

4. Equipped with the flat sample cutter, it can carry out the flat compression strength test of the corrugated board (FCT);

5. Equipped with vertical fluter and assistive devices, it can carry out the vertical test (CCT and CMT, vertical crush or flat crush strength test of the base paper of the cardboard after it is up).

6. Equipped with the thickness test pad, it can carry out the thickness test of the paper, cardboard, corrugated board or any other kind of paper.
